Wrote this on Twitter but I'll add it here, I am pretty high on Noe Ramirez. Followed him closely his last two years at Cal State Fullerton and liked him a lot. Good control and has the ability to get swings and misses with the changeup. Value-wise (not a comp by any means) I can see him having similar value to Kyle Weiland. A back end of the rotation starter for a second division team, but more likely plays a useful role in a major league bullpen down the road. If he was in this year's draft he might be a supplemental first/early second round pick. Also Che-Hsuan Lin is probably the best defensive minor leaguer I have ever seen play. It's between him and Iglesias.
