A weekly mailbag would be awesome. I like them more than chats-- it lets writers think a little bit more about their answers and provide more detailed analysis, as well as letting more members of the staff participate. I find many chat answers to be too flippant or meaningless, and I'm not sure there are enough new and interesting questions to sustain a weekly chat. Maybe a weekly mailbag and a monthly chat?

Something else that would be really cool is a regular primer on scouting. A lot of readers (myself included) often have difficulties understanding the intricacies of scouting-- how the 20-80 scales work, what traits scouts keep an eye out for, explaining some of the lingo, what a day at Instrux looks like, etc. Scouting the minors is such a huge part of prospect evaluation, and something like this would help readers get a better understanding of how it works.

Finally, I'd love to see more video breakdown of players. I imagine it can be difficult to get good video of players, but it would be really cool to see a detailed breakdown of a pitcher's/hitter's mechanics.
