Listen, Theo phan-boyz, your crazy spin can't hide the fact that Terry Francoma is a TOTAL MORAN, John Lackey not only walks too many people but also rapes, kills, and then eats kittens, and JD Drew actually died 2 months ago and is only playing as a partially-reanimated corpse. - BriantheTaoist

Just simply I'm heading down to Fort Myers next month and this will be my first time going to spring training. I was wondering if anyone had any advice about anything down there regarding watching them practice. Do you need to be there at the crack of dawn? Is parking a bear? If anyone just has any things they found very enjoyable to do down there besides just sit back and watch them practice. All of this is regarding the major league camp. Is it also enjoyable to head over to the minor league complex? Anything anyone has about being down there would be much appreciated.

I'm not concerned about him recovering from the injury. I'm just wondering if his inability to weight train in the offseason should prepare Sox fans for the possibility of a slow start.
Gonzalez recently played catch for the first time and is on schedule to start swinging a bat toward the end of February. While getting stretched out on a trainer’s table at the San Diego Padres’ facilities on Monday, Gonzalez held his surgically repaired right shoulder in an "L" and could see that his range of motion had improved, even from last week. He told Olney he is glad to be getting back to lifting weights. "I was starting to get frustrated," Gonzalez joked, "because I was getting man boobs."

There is officially no parking there but once the big club leaves you can park in the grass across from the reserved parking lot. I don't think anything starts before 8:00am (and I never get there that early myself). I don't think the game schedule has been posted yet.

Buster_ESPN With AGonzalez having arrived in camp, it's worth restating:BOS knows what he's looking for in a deal -- 7/154. Not done, but fail [sic] accompli.
