Some of the stuff in the article seemed out of line - the Francona painkiller business in particular - but revelations like this?

That was the second paragraph. Really no need to read any further. Beer, fried chicken, and video games while there's a game going on?! Un-freaking-believable. I'm generally no fan of management - Red Sox mgmt or otherwise - but if players behave like that then the manager, GM, owner or whomever should be able to squash them like bugs - suspend them without pay until their attitude improves. That's disgraceful.
