Apparently looking at things from an objective point of view makes you lack balls - I'll be sure to be more narrow-minded in the future.

You weren't being objective...you were going out of your way to be unbiased. There's a pretty distinct difference.
Pretty much anyone could've predicted before the season that a healthy Celtics team would run away with the Eastern Conference. The Lakers, and possibly the Spurs, are the only other teams in the NBA that can match the Celtics talent-wise, although I think the Celtics are 1-9 the most complete team in the league (the only thing they're lacking is a backup PG).
Why would we ever PH for Varitek? I mean, what if we PH for him, and it goes to extras, and vic martinez gets eaten by
dinosaurs? We'd have to use the emergency catcher.

3 losses? That must be embarassing.

I'm not surprised at all that WillyCoPapi and ARodSucksAtLife have been nonexistent in this thread.
I was at the game last night. The Magic are an awfully good team, like I said they were. It's too bad you guys needed to be delusional about exactly how good the Celtics are. I'm sure last nights loss was much more crushing for you than it was for me. |

I will tell you what. I am sick on Rondo not taking over against shitty point guards especially last night. White chocolate is average at best now and Rondo
goes out and shits the bed. For 55 million dollars I want a point guard that will dominate crappy other point guards.

He's not driving, and when he does drive the lane, he's passing it. He's not shooting the ball, and when he does, he's missing it. He's not playing the strong defense he's been known for - he's gambling almost as much as he was his rookie and sophomore years. The guy needs to play like he was in the playoffs last year or else this team isn't going anywhere. As much as everyone loves to say "WE HAVE 3 HALL OF FAMERS" blah blah blah, Rondo makes the offense work by pressing the ball up the floor, running effective pick and rolls, and driving to the hoop. |

You just don't stop, do you WCP.
C's scraped by the Knicks by the hairs on their chinny chin chin this afternoon. |

You're honestly still going to sit there and say that Orlando is a worse team than the Celtics?

Yes, I am, even despite the whole 15-game monstrous sample size.
The Celtics are better at 4 positions...including the most important position....and I think over time the results will bear that out.

Quit the pissing match, guys. Take it to the Throwdown if you need to, just leave it out of this thread.

Is there a difference?
This ain't the main board, and these threads barely get responses outside of like 5 people anyway.

Since that terrible game against the Knicks, Garnett has been on fire: 46-59 (78%) from the field, 22-25 (88%) form the line. He's never shot better in his
life.
I was a little hesitant to state the Celtics are the team to beat until Garnett showed he's back to his old self. It looks like he's back to his old self. |
