Lennox surprises me a lot. He had a 21/2 K/BB ratio in 23.1 IP this year in his second run through the GCL at age 19. I don't understand how there wasn't room for him in Lowell next year. The only reason I can think of at the moment is that as a guy who apparently had potential both in the infield and pitching, he wants to go back to playing every day and the Sox weren't willing to let him try, but that's complete conjecture on my part. I also don't get why you wouldn't just let him take a shot if you control his rights.
Lin doesn't surprise me, as he seemed to have stalled out in Rookie/SS-A ball. We'd also already put him in the site's transactions. Feliz also does not surprise me, as we'd heard accounts that there were some possible attitude issues there that led to his being put on the restricted list before the end of the season. Bonifacio had a tough year in the GCL and was entering his fourth year in the system.
