And for all the chicken littles who think oh my god what if there's no draft when there's a lockout in 2011, there will be one, its mandated by the current CBA. So the Pats would have the rights to the player they draft even during a lockout. The only foreseeable problem might be that all the good juniors in college football jump ship to avoid the possible slotting; although I said the same thing for the last draft.
