I can't imagine Mills ever getting more than a spot start. Just look at all the depth ahead of him that is sure to be here for years to come. Beckett,
Lester, Tazawa, Buchholz, Matsuzaka, Bowden. And the significantly higher upside guys who aren't far behind him. Kelly, Doubront, Pimentel, Fife, Weiland,
Wilson. And the fringe guys who are sandwiched around him in Johnson and Zink. Throw in the two guys they sign every year who they give too many starts to and
it just isn't going to happen for Mills.

Mills reminds me of Brian Bannister a bit. Both guys operate on small margins of errors with less then stellar stuff and seem to either be within their margin
and very effective or are fully capable of getting killed. Bannister of course has proven that he can do it at the mlb level for stretches....good and bad.
